Wedding FAQ
How soon should we book?
If you want to guarantee that I will be open on your wedding date, I recommend booking ASAP.
We’d like to book, now what?
Once you’ve decided you want me to photograph your wedding, you’ll need to fill out a contract and pay the retainer fee. I also love to meet with my clients for a consultation to go over all the wedding details, just email me and we can get everything set up!
Is a second shooter included?
YES! I always have a second shooter at every wedding! I work with the same two girls for most of my weddings and we have a great thing going, we know how to work with each other to get the most out of your day!
Do you travel and is there a cost?
I love to travel! Depending on where you need or want me to go I do charge a travel fee for time and accommodations.
Do you have vendors you prefer?
Yes, I have worked with a lot of people, and I have made some great relationships with some of them, we can talk about preferred vendors during your consultation.

Turnaround Time:
images are typically delivered 6-8 weeks after the wedding date. If something comes up and will take longer I will make sure to notify the bride and groom right away, and keep them updated until the images are finished. A preview is typically posted withing a few days so make sure to follow me on my social media pages!
Digital Files:
I do not promise a set number of images, the amount of images shot at your wedding depends on hours of coverage, activities, number of guests etc. Your final edited images are delivered in jpeg format, no raw or unedited image will be available and can not be purchased. You will receive a print release with your images allowing you to print, post and share your images, however I do retain the rights to the images allowing me to use them for marketing and promotion. I also can not guarantee the quality of prints if they are not ordered through me and my lab.
Pre Wedding Questionnaire
As soon as I receive your deposit you will get a questionnaire asking about vendors, family, and timeline. This will be due 2 weeks before the wedding date along with your final payment. If you need help with the timeline I will be happy to help!
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, venmo and paypal. A non refundable retainer fee of $500 and a signed contract is required to reserve your date, and the balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.

How soon should we book?
The sooner you can book the better, I typically book my family sessions 3-4 weeks in advance, and my newborn sessions I put a tentative date on the calendar as soon as possible about a week after your due date and we adjust it after baby is actually born!

Turnaround Time:
images are typically finished 2-3 weeks after the session date. I edit in order of session, however If something comes up and will take longer I will make sure to notify you right away, and keep you updated until the images are finished. A preview is typically posted withing a few days so make sure to follow me on my social media pages!
Digital Files:
You will be able to come back for an ordering session to chose your favorite images. The amount of images that come with your session depends on the session type, however additional images are always available for you to order. Your final edited images are delivered in jpeg format, no raw or unedited image will be available and can not be purchased. You will receive a print release with your images allowing you to print, post and share your images, however I do retain the rights to the images allowing me to use them for marketing and promotion. Newborn Sessions:
I try to schedule newborn sessions for first thing in the morning to help keep baby asleep, if possible keep baby awake as much as possible before the session and wait until you get to the studio to feed your baby. A full belly also helps keep baby asleep for the session, which is ideal! We keep the studio toasty, so make sure to bring some water and snacks for you! You will get a full newborn guide when your session is booked will lots of tips and information about your session.

Family Sessions:
Each family is so different and I love being able to capture your true family! I offer 100% lifestyle sessions where I capture your family in the moment with no direction, traditional portrait sessions with posed images as well as fun playful images and I also offer a combination of both depending on what your goal is. I'd love to chat with you and make sure we get you exactly what your family wants!

Payment
